Renew Aesthetics Instructor License

Step	Description	Resource/Additional Information
1	Log into the portal. This is a new portal that launched in December 2024. You must create an account if you haven't. Your old credentials will not work. Select the 'Sign up now' link or create an account using a social account. When creating your account, please make sure you use the name and email address that is associated with your account. You must enter all of your contact information (Address, DOB, SSN). This will help connect it with your license(s). 2	Select 'Renewals' on the left side under your name.	You can renew your license starting 60 days before the expiration date.
3	Complete the required information. If you do not have a photo in our system, you will need to upload a photo to complete your renewal. You must provide proof of citizenship. This can be a passport, Arizona driver's license or birth certificate. If you provide a birth certificate, you must also provide photo identification.	The photo must be from the shoulders up in front of a white background. This photo should be a passport-like photo. *If your photo is not being accepted, it may be because your file size is too large.
4	Pay the renewal fee.
After Payment	Staff will need to review and approve your documents. Once your information is accepted, you will receive an email from the portal.	Renew Aesthetics Instructor License

Renew Cosmetology Instructor License

Step	Description	Resource/Additional Information
1	Log in to the dashboard with your license number and password. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one by clicking 'Create an Account'. Compatible browsers for the licensing portal: Safari, Edge, Chrome, Firefox	Renew License
2	After you have successfully logged in, you will have a renewal button.	You can renew your license 60 days before the expiration.
3	After you have renewed your license, you can print it by logging back into the portal. On the right side of the dashboard, it will say 'Print Initial Certificate.'	Printing Instructions
Note	The licensee portal is not compatible with mobile phones or tablets. You must use a computer/laptop to renew. In-person services are not available. All renewals must be done online.

Renew Barber Instructor License

2	Select 'Renewals' on the left side navigation bar. Your instructor license should come up with the option to select 'Renew.'
