Log in to the dashboard with your license number and password. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one by clicking 'Create an Account'. Compatible browsers for the licensing portal: Safari, Edge, Chrome, Firefox |

| 2 | After you have successfully logged in, you will have a renewal button. | You can renew your license 60 days before the expiration. |
| 3 | After you have renewed your license, you can print it by logging back into the portal. On the right side of the dashboard, it will say 'Print Initial Certificate.' | |
| Note |
The licensee portal is not compatible with mobile phones or tablets. You must use a computer/laptop to renew.
In-person services are not available. All renewals must be done online. |

| 2 | Select 'Renewals' on the left side navigation bar. Your instructor license should come up with the option to select 'Renew.' | |
| 3 | Complete the required information. If you do not have a photo in our system, you will need to upload a photo to complete your renewal. | The photo must be from the shoulders up in front of a white background. This photo should be a passport-like photo. |
