To find a cosmetology or barber school, select the region in Arizona that you're looking for. These lists represent current, licensed Cosmetology and Barber schools in the State of Arizona.
Graduates

To obtain a barber or beauty license in Arizona, graduates must:
- Complete the required training hours necessary for your program (as outlined in the Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R4-10-305(E))
- Receive a Certificate of Graduation from the school you attended that is:
- Created and issued on behalf of the licensed school
- Signed by the school licensee or authorized representative, and
- Given to you to certify that you've fulfilled your required training hours
- Complete an Arizona School Verification Form and upload it to the Professional Credentialing Services (PCS) website before taking your exams. Arizona utilizes national exams provided by the National Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology, which are administered through PCS. Read more about Exam Information
- After passing both the written and practical exams, you can apply for your license
Apprenticeships
